Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive nightly room rates (+15% Hawaii Tax & Departure Cleaning Fee). The main bedroom contains a Cal. King & AC. The living room contains beautiful, tropical rattan furnishing & a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa to accommodate a 3rd adult, teenager or up to 2 small children. This unit is located in a private, gated, community association, comes with 1 reserved parking stall & full access to 2 community pools, lounge chairs, barbecue grills, outdoor dining areas & tennis courts. Only minutes from Turtle Bay Resort and two world famous golf courses (Palmer & Fazio), several restaurants & bars (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Sunset, Off The Lip, Ocean Club, Ho'olana, and nearby Luau), beaches, coastline, biking, hiking, horseback riding, pickleball, tennis, spa, tours, excursions, surf lessons & so much more all of which are open to the public for a fee. Located in the resort lobby is the GuidePost Activity Concierge where you can book activities at the resort & see other activities offered on the North Shore area. View all activities at the Turtle Bay Resort website. Use of resort amenities such as pools, beach chairs & umbrellas are for registered guests only. Kitchen includes all your cooking needs, small & large appliances and cleaning supplies. Dining table seats 4 + kitchen bar seats 2. The living room is very spacious. Additional seating area is located on the lanai which is screened-in (enclosed). The condo is in a very quiet location & includes a washer/dryer. There's a 50" Smart TV with 500+digital cable channels, free unlimited wireless internet & Netflix accessible. A digital phone is available for use when calling within the US. THE STATE OF HAWAII MANDATES THE COLLECTION OF A 18% TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION TAX ON THE RATE OF YOUR OCCUPANCY PER HAWAII ADMINISTRATIVE RULES: Title 18, Chapter 237D. Effective 12/14/21, Honolulu City & County Ordinance 21-33 increased the Transient Accommodation Tax to 18%. This tax will be collected in addition to your total due upon booking. This tax is due and payable no later than your time of check-in. For security reasons, our payment will be made thru Airbnb. This is an individually owned condominium. Pets or Animals of any kind are not permitted at this condo. Resort amenities such as the resort pool & fitness center is reserved for registered resort guests only. Guest access After we buzz you in at your initial entry thru the secure parking gates, you will access the condo with your personalized code on the door's keyless lock. When you enter the condo, you will find a set of keys containing the parking gate fob remote for the parking gate & the tennis court key. Use the fob to access the parking gate & the two pools gates onsite. You will ONLY be buzzed in to thru the parking gate ONCE, upon your initial arrival ONLY. Upon your departure, please leave the keys on the counter or coffee table. Kuilima Estates East offers the use of 2 pools & tennis courts. Tennis rackets & balls can be rented from the Adventure Center at Turtle Bay Resort for a daily fee. We provide 2 beach chairs &a beach cooler for your use. All of the beaches and coastline at the resort are open to the public & accessible by all. Resort restaurants, outlets & activities are also available. Beach equipment can be rented from the beach huts at Kuilima Cove. Other things to note A form requiring your guest information will be required & your email address will be requested so that the form can be provided to you for completion & return. Prior to your arrival, a map of the property, detailed arrival instructions & access codes will be provided via email. In addition to the nightly rate, cleaning fee & Airbnb's service fees, the mandatory Hawaii State Tax of 18% is due a week prior to your arrival. A "Money Request" is sent via Airbnb & your payment is due no later than the time of check-in. The Standard DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE is based on your length of stay & total number of guests. The cleaning fees are as follows: $175 for 2 nights or less for 4 guests or less $225 for 3 or more nights for 3 guests or less $275 for 3+ nights for 4 guests EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT will be accommodated when the unit is available & must be arranged in advance. The fees are as follows: Early Check-In between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm is $75; Early Check-In between 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm is $50; Late Check-Out between 11:00 am - 11:59 pm noon is $25; Late Check-Out between 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm is $75; Late Check-Out between 2:01 pm - 5:00 pm is $125; Late Check-Out between 5:01 pm - 10:00 pm is $200. Arrangements for early arrivals & late departures are to be scheduled in advance & will be accommodated only when the condo is available. Standard check-in is 3:00 pm & standard check-out is 11:00 am. Standard 3 guests. Maximum 4 guests. $25 nightly fee for your 4th guest. Effective 12/14/21, per Honolulu City & County Ordinance 21-33 the Transient Accommodation Tax of 18% on the total cost of your stay will be collected in addition to the your total due upon booking. This tax is due and payable no later than your time of check-in.
