This fully renovated home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a total of 1640 SF for you to enjoy and comfortably sleeps 8. After a day of experiencing all that the Kootenai Valley has to offer, relax, take a nap, play a board game or watch a movie on the Smart TV in our cozy living area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Please enjoy the coffee and tea bar. The dining room has seating for 6 and a stunning Redwood slab bar with seating for 4 allows for family style dinners or an intimate dinner for 2. Enjoy the thoughtfully appointed main suite's king size bed with serene botanical themed linens and your own private full bath with a tub/shower combination and a double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 features 2 queen beds with a flyfishing theme and linens to inspire dreams of tomorrow’s adventure on the Kootenai River just out your door. Bedroom 3 is our wildlife room with twin size comfy daybeds. If you must work while you are in Montana.... A workstation is provided in this area as well. The second full bath has a tub/shower combination and is conveniently available for all guests. There is a full-size laundry room with ample storage for your convenience. Our private firepit area is perfect for evening gatherings after playing a game of horseshoes or cornhole where you can roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. As our guests ,you will enjoy and be able to access 7 acres of river front property with great fishing. This location is just a few minutes from Libby Montana's amenities while yet on a private end of the road location. There are endless activities in the area including biking, hiking and site seeing. Check out the Cabinet view Golf Course or take a trip to Kootenai Falls. The swinging bridge is a must see! Bring your binoculars, there is an active bald eagle nest nearby. Please ask your hosts for more information. ****While there are train tracks that border one side of the property as with most river properties here, the trains do not whistle at this location, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings. The Kootenai River is a highly touted fishery and we have plenty of frontage. Libby Dam controls the flow levels. You might consider waders and surround yourself with rainbow trout! Other things to note This property is at the end of a private dead end road. Additional Note: As with most Kootenai Valley river properties, the train tracks border one side of the property and can be noticeable. Trains are about the only thing that could interrupt the solitude and peace this location has to offer. The trains do not honk their horn. We've lived here for decades and find them well worth the views and river frontage our property offers. The river and legendary fishery it offers is controlled by Libby dam upstream. That means levels can fluctuate with weather and calendar just like any other river. Consider bringing boots or waders just in case the river is up! You've got a thousand feet of frontage to explore!
