That means more sun and more fun!! Pool Rules 1. Shower before entering the pool. Remove dirt, sweat, oils, sand, and sunscreen to prevent water contamination. You are responsible to be 100% clean before entering the pool. Use soap when you shower. 2. No food or drinks in the pool area. Spills and crumbs can introduce bacteria and debris into the water. 3. No glass containers in the pool area. Broken glass is difficult to clean and poses a safety hazard. 4. No pets in the pool area. Pet hair and waste can contaminate the water. 5. No smoking in the pool area. Ash and cigarette butts can dirty the water and surrounding area. 6. Do not use the pool as a restroom. This prevents harmful bacteria and contaminants. You are responsible to be 100% clean before entering the pool. Use soap when you shower. 7. Use dry-touch sunscreen or let it dry before entering. Oily sunscreens can cloud the water. 8. Wear only swimwear in the pool; no street clothes. Street clothes introduce dirt and fibers. 9. Clean up any messes you make, including spills or dropped items. Keep the pool area tidy. 10. Do not throw objects into the pool. Toys or other items can introduce debris. Tenant Responsibility and Accountability • Compliance with Rules: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these pool rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning fees, restricted pool access, or other penalties as determined by the property owner. • Damages and Violations: You understand that the pool is professionally cleaned and inspected each week. This regular maintenance allows the property owner to accurately identify any damages or violations and attribute them to the responsible party. Therefore, any costs associated with cleaning or repairs due to non-compliance will be charged to the tenant responsible. • Reporting Issues: If you notice any issues with the pool or its equipment, you agree to report them to the property owner immediately. Timely reporting helps address problems quickly and prevents further damage. Note: These rules are in place to ensure the pool remains in excellent condition for all renters. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
