Welcome to our 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, fully renovated condo. We are the only bi-level condo in the building creating a true separation between the two spaces. We have a full service kitchen, washer/dryer combo upstairs, pool, and 2 dedicated parking spots. This unit is one block to the beach. You’ll truly love this peaceful and quiet beach retreat. Queen bed upstairs, and a pop up sofa sleeper chaise in the living room, plus a fold up twin cot and blow up bed. The space Bi level condo. First floor - pop-up sofa sleeper chaise, living room area, kitchen, and closet. Second floor, queen bed, fold up twin cot, larger guest closet, washer/dryer combo and full bathroom with tub. Guest access Keypad - owner provided via text message. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or unregistered guests, no smoking and no pets. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
