Newly built and stunning! This home is inviting and well-appointed with views of the mountains, a hot tub (available year-round), outdoor fire table, barbeque, gas fireplace, Dog -Friendly (up to 2 dogs) and Wi-Fi. The open floor plan of kitchen, dining and gathering space is outlined by many large windows offering wonderful light. This home sits in a newly developing subdivision on the Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course.  A five-minute drive will have you right in town for shopping, dining, drinks, and more. This home has four bedrooms, a king bedroom with adjustable bed frame and ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with electric fireplace, a queen bedroom with adjustable bed frame and desk with chair, and a queen bedroom with adjustable bed frame and arcade table for family fun. You do have a few neighbors nearby, but this area of the golf course feels quite open and spacious. With access to an attached, double garage, it is perfect for summer or winter. Please be advised that there may be construction activity in the vicinity of the property during your stay. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, noise from construction may occasionally be heard. Paradise View is 9.7 miles to Red Lodge Mountain. Guest access Guest(s) have access to the entire home and all listed amenities. This home does have owner closet, garage that is off limits to guests. The areas that are off limits are locked. Other things to note Guest(s) is allowed to have up to two dogs stay at the home during the visit. All dog(s) are required to be current on vaccinations. Guest(s) must clean up after animals and dispose of waste properly. Guest(s) must have a kennel for dogs when in the home and guest is not with the animal. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. A minimum fee of $50.00 will be charged for each pre-approved dog over the two-dog limit. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals or evidence of an animal on property can result in a minimum fee of $250 and/or your reservation being cancelled without a refund. The home is equipped with: bedding, pillows, towels, pots & pans, dishes, toilet paper & paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, detergent for washer and propane or charcoal for the type of grill provided. No food or spices will be provided due to health regulations. We provide a sample amount of soaps, shampoos, and lotion to get you started. Red Lodge, Montana is a rural community that does offer internet and cell service throughout most geographic areas but, some locations are completely void of any internet or cell service. In town and within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown you will enjoy solid cell signal but during times when our population increases due to events, celebration (such as the Fourth of July), or emergency situations such as a wildfire you will notice that these online and cellular services slow down and sometimes, they can slow down to the point where you have to wait to place a call. We can’t do anything to help in these situations, so we encourage people to enjoy the freedom of being “unplugged” and to be patient.
