This cabins has a vintage theme and is100% fully furnished all the down to soap and shampoo.. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The Living room area has vaulted ceilings, sleeper sofa and a loft with antiques show cased. There are several areas to sit and relax around the pond. The chicken, ducks and fish enjoy being feed daily from big can of food on the porch. The sunsets are awesome. The cabin is located on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. Johnnie Downs ballpark is located 2 minutes , 5 minutes Rapides parish Coliseum, 8 minutes Alexandria Airport and 10 minutes local trails. Amenities noted on cover photo include but not limited to a stocked fishing pond, sitting areas, horseshoes, cover pavilion, swings, and a half mile walking path. This location is brand new to the area. Each cabin has a full kitchen and 100% furnished. The entire property is available to walk. Guest are welcome to fish in the pond, use the covered pavilion, take pictures standing on the bridge, play horseshoe, use of fire pit, use of barbecue pit and walk on the walking path around the pond. No more than 4 guest allowed on property unless prior permission granted.
