This stunning Ocean View Condo features 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths & sleeps up to 6. Centrally located in Sunny Kihei this meticulously maintained condo in the sought after Luana Kai Resort offers Vaulted Ceilings in every room, Porcelain Tile Floors, Granite Counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, & en-suite master bath. View the Ocean from the spacious lanai, walk 600 feet to our quiet beach where you can swim or watch the turtles play! Beautiful sunsets & beach walks right from your doorstep! The space We love to travel, and know what a family needs. We have rebuilt this condo with you the traveler in mind. There are plenty of hooks and space for storing your clothes. There are many USB charge outlets. There is a TV in each bedroom and the Family Area. Full Size laundry comes with detergents and Fabric Softener for your use. We have provided beach towels for your use while you are there, as well as beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, assorted snorkel gear and noodles. Small items change as travellers add and subtract. Guest access This is a penthouse suite apartment on the third floor and you will need to climb two flights of stairs. There are no elevators at Luana Kai. You are rewarded with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There is a central staircase into the unit for easy access. There are fans in every room which take advantage of the trade winds. Like many properties in Hawaii, Luana Kai resort was built without central air-conditioning. Other things to note There is a maximum of 6 guests. Firm. This includes children 2 and under. There is a fee of $25 per extra guest per night listed as a precaution to keep this number at 6 including all children. Thank-you for your cooperation. It is for your benefit; as you will find the unit to be quite roomy for 4 or 5, cozy at 6. Late check-out is most generally unavailable. If you see that the next night is open on the calendar; contact me after booking and I will block the next night for an additional $100 that I will collect after arrival.
