There will be other pets & people of all ages although we are going to STRICTLY enforce "family groups only". The new owner is local & attentive to maximizing the rental experience here in the hopes of earning your repeat business. If you are "picky" or prone to complaining you should not book this rental. There will be no refunds offered or agreed to.** Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
