Schoolhouse Vacation Rental

The two story Schoolhouse was built in 1870. It has been completely remodeled into a relaxing quiet getaway just two blocks from Main Street and three blocks from the Lake. A new fully furnished kitchen and three baths. Bedroom suite and another family area bedroom with bunk beds and other optional beds. Can sleep up to 8. NEWLY REMODELED! The schoolhouse is close to downtown and just a short walk to the Lake. The space The first floor is an open design with a handicap friendly parking and entrance. includes handicap bathroom and a zero entry shower. A stacked washer and dryer are available on the first floor for our guests convenience. A full size airbed can be setup on the main floor should guests prefer vs the bedrooms on the second floor. The family living area and kitchen share a custom built table using the original floorboards. There is a 65 inch LG Smart TV which can be swiveled to be enjoyed from the kitchen or the living area. The entire kitchen is new and has a 36 inch Cosmos commercial gas range with oven. Is also includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and automatic 12 cup coffee maker and single cup coffee maker. A desk type work area along with a charging station is provided on the first floor along with a printer. High speed Wi Fi is provided. The second floor is where the primary bedroom with en suite full bath is located. The bedrooms include blackout shades. There is also a large game and entertainment area with an open sleeping area with a set of bunkbeds, a queen sized trundle bed and a regular queen bed. There is a third full bathroom which serves this area along with a stacked washer and dryer for our guests convenience. Guest access About a week before our guests arrival we send check in information that includes door codes so guests can easily come and go as they please. Other things to note The schoolhouse is located on the same property as the Clausen House which is our original vacation rental that often hosts families. So the off street parking is shared between the two vacation rentals. Street parking is also available. The Clausen House is also listed on Airbnb and sleeps up to 18 guests.
