There is also a close by association beach (5min walk). This cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7. Relax in the quiet neighborhood while you enjoy the spacious yard or outdoor shower. Perfect for a beautiful getaway & whale watching! 10min drive to Hyannis Terminal- which is where all the Cape Cod ferries connect to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. The space • Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, and designated work area • Bedroom 2: Two double beds • Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV, and rollon bed (in the closet) • Living room, separate dining room & 2 full bathrooms All of the bedrooms have plenty of extra storage to tuck away belongings (double closets). A few additional highlights of our home: • Property is professionally cleaned • All bed and bath linens are included • Outdoor shower & changing area • The kitchen comes stocked with serveware and cookware for any home cooking, as well as a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. • Fireplace in the living room • Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area on the shed Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and backyard (except the attic, which is unfinished and a locked small cleaning closet). The driveway fits up to 3 cars and street parking in front of the property is available. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside or in the backyard.
