The room offers a Queen bed, 65” TV, WIFI, microwave, coffee pot & apartment size fridge/freezer, attached screened in lanai, ample outdoor hangout space, master bathroom w/ a walk-in shower & a large deep bathtub & large closet. The space Private guest suite with private entrance & outside hang out space. Pulling up to the property park on the concrete pad leaving space for homeowner. If you have a vehicle that allows you to pull off the concrete pad onto the rock area on the right hand side of the house feel free to park there as well. You will walk down the lit up path on the right hand side of the house to the back where you will enter your own private suite. The door lock code will be provided day of check in. Homeowner lives in the front of the house & has own entrance & private space. Guest access Guest will have their own private screened in lanai, bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, and back yard hang out space with plenty of seating to hang out in the sun or in the shade under the umbrella table.
