The house offers all of the comforts of home and is steps away from the ocean with a pristine swimming hole that provides access in and out of the water (best for strong swimmers). The house has a huge lanai on both the upper and lower floors, available for dining, open living and magnificent ocean views. The space The lower level has two bedrooms with king beds, one bathroom with shower and two sinks, a full kitchen completely stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware, a spacious dining table, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The upstairs offers a large 1 bedroom/1 bathroom suite, with a small kitchen. Laundry and half bath on lower level. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and all of its amenities. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels are available for guests to use during their stay. The house is equipped with WIFI. Other things to note All properties in Milolii are on a rain water catchment systems so conscious water usage is a must. Guests must be mindful of the amount the household is consuming and use conservation techniques whenever possible. Our water is triple filtered. Tenant is responsible for the purchase of their own bottled water and consumables. It is good to plan for a grocery stop in Kona before heading down to Milolii as the closest stores are ~10 miles away.
