Modern, Luxury, Clean Ranch Home

Peaceful, California-inspired, Ranch style home in a quiet neighborhood that is 10 minutes from downtown Princeton. Surrounded by greenery, a back and front yard, waterfall island, modern furniture and new appliances, this home is perfect for a clean guest who enjoys to be surrounded by sunlight from all sides of the home. Luxury bathroom (shared), free parking on premise, and an open living arrangement of the home make for a great stay. This is a SHARED home. The space The home in general is shared, and we appreciate respectful guests who are looking for a serene stay. My parents stay in the master with two smaller, older hypoallergenic dogs that primarily stay in the master with their own en suite. We are experienced hosts in general. Having hosted many female and male interns, graduate students and local workers affiliated with Princeton University for 3 years. We have enjoyed hosting through Airbnb as an option for shorter term stays. Your room will include a closet, desk, full-length mirror, desk lamp, and some storage. Guest access Living room, mud room, kitchen. Everything is available for shared space except the sunroom, master, basement. There is an additional half bath at the back of the home that is available. During your stay For emergencies, please feel free leverage the help from my parents who are familiar with English. Other things to note The bathroom is shared between you and one long-term renter in one of the other bedrooms who is a male in his later 20s that primarily stays in his room. He is very kind and works as a software engineer around the Princeton area!
