Choose to relax at the spacious kitchen island, dine in the adjacent area, or chill on the leather sofas in the living space. Enjoy the electric fireplace and a 50-inch mounted smart TV. Cathedral ceilings, with a simple bar area. . In the main room, there is a complete office area. The work space is equipped with full size desk with dual elevated monitors, speakers, keyboard, mouse and usb hub and usb-c docking port. Easily plug in your laptop to connect for work professionals or hobby browsing. The generously sized first-floor bedroom is a haven, featuring two queen beds complemented by nightstands, and a sleeper futon. This room, offers a wall-mounted smart TV. A sitting chair to look out the five large windows with amazing river views. This room also offers convenient access to the laundry room. There is an attached powder room providing a shower/tub, toilet, and sink. Also featuring a separate vanity area to complete the en suite experience. Proceed thru the gate that says River Chalet " then enter thru the Blue Door" In the backyard, an accessible pathway opens up to the river, offering opportunities for fishing, tubing, or boating. Please note that direct boat access is not available on-site; However there are many local /public boat launch/access areas. Other things to note From the house, and you'll be captivated by the natural allure of whippoorwill Island nestled in the midst of flowing waters. Watch the Bald Eagles, Fisherman, Kayaker's and Tuber's Go By. Enjoy the privacy of the river house featuring a fenced in backyard, deck, bench swing, single swing, BBQ grill, patio table & large outdoor firepit. Below your unit is another that may be rented. Structurally connected but distinctly separate with its own entrance and private deck. There are no shared spaces, ensuring your privacy, and you'll hardly be aware of anyone nearby. However please be respectful. Locks: Front door lock is keyless entry, entrance is by provided code. Alexa is available within the home. It is centrally mounted on the ceiling for proper access and listening in the main room. You may use this as you wish for general queries or music. If you do not wish to have Alex on, there is a switch to power it off. No pets are allowed in this unit Common Questions: * Yes there is a Firepit - Wood is Not Provided * Yes Fishing is allowed and Enjoyed- Just a short walk down the steps to the water * Bring Water Shoes & Bug Spray * The Coffee Pot is both Brewed/Drip & K Cup " we supply filters, some k cups and usually starter coffee" * Yes you can kayak or tube from our house - you can start in Easton or from our house and land in Riegelsville (local boat launch located at either). * Please note we do have 2 other units on premise for rent as well if you need more space.
