Guest access Please know this is a working orchard and the orchard manager will come into the orchard on occasion. Do not be alarmed if you see a truck heading into the front of the property. Please check with our Orchard Manager Ray before picking fruit. SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS A. Quiet hours shall be from 9pm to 8am during which time the noise from the Short Term Vacation Rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors . B. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. C. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Other things to note - The average weather in Hilo is 84°F/64°F. Most of the Hilo residents do not install air conditioning in their houses. - Please read and adhere to the house rules booklet at the property. - Housekeeping may be available for an additional fee for longer stays. - Early check-in is available for an additional $40.00. Let us know if you would like to check in your bags early. There are no parties or events allowed under any circumstances. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Non compliance with the rules will result in guests being immediately expelled from the property and forfeiture of all rental fees We do have geckos that like to hang out on the lanai and will occasionally enter the home. We coexist happily with our gecko friends as they eat mosquitos and less desirable critters. Just know that they are part of the flora and fauna of the Big Island.
