Welcome to our charming tiny house nestled on the shores of Toledo Bend! This 12' x 40' haven is perfectly crafted for nature lovers, fishermen, small families, & couples too! The interior is smartly laid out to maximize space, featuring 2 queen beds in a cozy shared room, a full kitchen & full bathroom. The space The area is a quiet, mostly weekender neighborhood, but some neighbors do live there year round. The property also contains a lodge that sleeps 12 people and is rented separately. It is approximately 100 yards from the tiny house. Guest access The guests have access to the tiny house, a grill under the shed behind the tiny house, and ample parking directly beside the tiny house. They have bank and fishing access as well. Other things to note Gas Stations: Depending on which part of the lake you’re fishing on, there are a multitude of gas stations with both ethanol and non ethanol gas. The Molcajete is enough for 2 people. Highly recommend. There is one in Many, and one near Pepe’s on the Texas Highway (it is closer than driving to Many proper).
