The home is fully furnished with kitchen supplies, beach items, games, books, kayaks, an electric Tesla car charger and more to make your time off comfortable and rejuvenating. Enjoy the ocean breeze in the large grassy yard with firepit. 4-6 car parking in the driveway. Sleeps 8 comfortably, perfect for a small family or friends. The space This perfect spot right across the street from the beach makes it easy to run home for meals and bathroom breaks or stroll over to see the sunrise or sunset. You can save the stress of having to rush to the beach to find a parking spot and save the cost and hassle of buying a beach parking pass with free walking access to Glendon beach from the home. Glendon Beach is an easy accessible beach with no-stairs access making it a great spot for those who have trouble with stairs and those with strollers. The game room and large screen tv ensure that even rainy days will be entertaining. The large grassy yard with fire pit, benches, a hammock and grill make this a beautiful evening spot for cookouts. Whether you enjoy hot summer days on the beach or the charm of the quiet, cool days off-season on the cape, this home is perfect year round. Guest access The entire home will be your private space including the full yard. The first floor has a full on full size bunk room with a twin trundle underneath. The queen bed room is also on the first floor. And is located next to the bunk room. There are 1.5 baths on the first floor. Outdoor shower is also available to guests in July and August. The 2nd floor has a king size bed and twin on twin trundle with a a full bath. An additional full size futon is in the game room and can be used as a sleeping space. Free walking access to Glendon road beach. Other things to note We provide two kids 24 inch bikes and one 20 inch bike. They should only be used by children ages 12 and under. They are in good condition but please use at your own risk as the condition cannot be guaranteed based on usage by prior guests. We don’t provide helmets. 3 two wheel manual scooters also available.
