Other things to note 🔉The studio is adjacent to a separate apartment next door, so please simply be considerate. The studio is located on the ground level of the building, up 4 steps off of the sidewalk, and though it’s a residential neighborhood, it's still the city so there will be general background city noise. 🤏🏽 Micro Studio = "Small but Mighty" according to guests. 170 sqft/15sqm. Not suitable if you need a large space! 2nd & 3rd Guest Fee: $36/night/guest on Airbnb, $30/night/guest on Direct 3 Guests total is maximum coziness 1 Pet may be allowed, requiring prior approval before booking: $30/night. Personal laundry is not a unit amenity, but there is Sunny Laundromat at the bottom of the hill by the T (subway) station. 7 mins walk. Our area is considered safe and quiet for Boston, but this is the city, and anything can happen anywhere at any time so I always like to tell people to have common sense in travel in the whole city. We are walking distance to many good cafes, bars, restaurants down Tremont St past the T (subway) station and a ~$8 Uber ride to the day/nightlife of the Back Bay.
