As with most multi-family homes, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, including footsteps or movement from the floor above. If you are particularly sensitive to everyday residential noise or are seeking complete silence, this property may not be the best fit for your stay. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire private one-bedroom apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, private entrance, one designated on-site parking space, and your private laundry room. The laundry room is accessed directly from your unit and through its own separate entrance. While it is dedicated to this unit, the host and our cleaning team may access it between guest stays while servicing the Airbnb units. In the rare event that one laundry room is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, the laundry room for the other Airbnb unit may be used as a backup, and vice versa, to ensure uninterrupted laundry access for guests. Your reservation includes one designated parking space. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles, except between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, when overnight street parking is prohibited by the Town of Shrewsbury. If you expect an overnight guest with a vehicle, please let us know in advance so we can discuss available parking options. The remainder of the property is reserved for other residents and guests. We provide regular household trash bags for everyday use inside the unit, along with one complimentary Shrewsbury town trash bag for your first scheduled trash collection (typically located under the kitchen sink). Additional town trash bags, if needed for longer stays, may be purchased at nearby grocery stores within a short walking distance of the property. Recycling bins are provided. * A welcome binder is provided inside the apartment with important information, including instructions for parking, laundry, trash disposal, Wi-Fi, and other house information. Please review it upon arrival. * For your security, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. * If you plan to use any personal surveillance or recording device inside the apartment, please inform the host in advance. * No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the apartment or anywhere on the property. * No pets. * No parties or events. * Quiet hours must be respected. * Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the apartment. * Visitors are welcome; however, only registered guests may stay overnight, and the apartment’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
