No additional guests allowed on the property outside the number of guests on the reservation please. Guest access You will have access to 13 acres of private, secluded property that is abutted by 100's of acres of state park land. There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, open fields, and multiple park benches located throughout the property. There is also onsite parking tucked away from the cabins, ponds, and open areas. Considering the other two cabins on the property, you would most likely be sharing the outdoor space with other guests during your stay. While all three cabins are relatively close in proximity, all cabins are separate and completely private. Considering the vast acreage, there is ample space for all parties. If interested, you can also rent one or both of the other two additional cabins if additional guests would like to stay. For private access to the whole site, you have the option to rent out the entirety of Camp David for your party which would include exclusive access to all 13 acres and all three cabins (Bell's Cabin, The Chatham House, and Chief's Cottage). Other things to note Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. It was later donated to the Boy Scouts in the 1940’s. By the 2000’s, it was left abandoned at which time I purchased it and began to restore it back to its true form while maintaining the cabin life integrity. I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life.
