The Olive House

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines! The space Hosting for over 40 years now it is my de Sure to make you have a sozy and comfortable stay! Your rooms are filled with a bit of nostalgia dating back to yesteryear! The style is a bit of farmhouse mixed with English Cottage and will hopefully remind you of grandmas house! The upstairs has plenty of room to put sleeping bags and air mattresses down for the kids! There is a smart tv up there for their own movies!!! Guest access You will be able to access the backyard, will have sunporch and bikes ready to go for the Summer. The garage is off limits. Other things to note We ask that you be respectful to the neighbors across the street and on both sides. No Parties allowed and if there are any illegal substance use, loud music, etc., authorities will be notified. No Smoking allowed in the house.
