One pet only per reservation. To make sure the space is a good fit, pet size and breed must be disclosed at the time of booking for approval. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet at all times, including the yard. Excessive pet hair, odor, accidents, or damage beyond normal pet-friendly use may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. 🔊 The unit does not have a traditional thermostat, but you can easily control the temperature using the Alexa Home device. For comfort of all guests, please keep the temperature between 69-72 range. 🚪 A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside the front entrance for safety. No indoor cameras are present. 🛁 Please note: There is one step in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet/shower area. 🚗 You’ll have off-street parking on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic.
