Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom house nestled in the heart of the city and minutes from downtown Great Falls. Originally built in 1910, this historic house has character while offering modern comforts. Perfect for families, friends, and furry companions alike. Our dog-friendly abode (with a pet fee) features a fully fenced yard, and a newly remodeled home to ensure a delightful stay. The space This house is fully renovated with 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms, one with a spacious standing shower and one with a bathtub/shower combo off one of the bedrooms. The kitchen features counter top seating, gas stove, a keurig coffee maker, ice maker in freezer, filtered water in fridge, and plenty of cooking necessities to make a delicious meal. Step into the enclosed porch to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening book. The yard is fully fenced making it an easy stay with your furry companions (dogs welcome, 2 maximum). A washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the back hallway closet, along with detergent and drier sheets. Stay cool in the summer with central air conditioning. Other things to note During the summer the sprinklers will come on every other day for approximately 1 hour at 4 am
