Gateway to Yellowstone

Located on a hill in the quaint railroad town of Livingston, the space affords sweeping views, showcasing the Absorakas through the huge windows. New construction with upscale furnishings and amenities to assure a lavish and comfortable stay before heading out for some outdoor fun, whether your pursuits are taking you to a secret fly fishing spot, hikes in Paradise Valley, hitting the slopes at Big Sky or Bridger, shopping and eating in Bozeman, or trekking through Yellowstone. The space The first floor features an open design so that the whole group can be together whether cooking, eating, reading a book, sitting on the patio, or huddled by the fireplace. A/C in the summer will keep things cool while a traditional furnace and gas fireplace warm the nights during the winter. Upstairs we have another cozy living room complete with a competition-size foosball table and PS4! The wall is framed by a new 75” smart TV so that you can settle in for some Netflix or your choice of streaming platform. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and attached office, outfitted with a canopy bed, new mattress, and high-end sheets. The additional queen room has a modern leather frame featuring pull-out storage and a new mattress. Finally, the bunk room has two twin bunks as well as a twin trundle bed that pulls out from under to accommodate a bigger group. The garage fits one car comfortably. There are two adult sized bikes with locks and helmets. Additionally, a size 16 pedal bike with helmet. There are a few coolers and reusuable grocery bags. Smaller guests are well accounted for with durable kitchenware, utensils, a pack-n-play with extra mattress, changing table pad and cover, booster seat, books and toys.
