Bright room 2nd flr in house for solo female

Women only: Bathroom is shared with me Bedroom and bathroom are on second floor. Stairs are steep, please see pic. Bedroom is bright and cheerful. Limited access to Kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, etc (See amenities) Dining room: access to share dining room table for meals Older dog on premise. Checkin in person between 1pm - 8pm. After checkin guest has front door code Streaming TV: Prime, Max, Hulu live, Netflix During summer: not a good fit for night shift workers. The space 2 story house with beautiful shady back yard. Front porch with fenced in front yard to relax on. Family neighborhood with residents living here for many years. The stairs to room are steep so heavy luggage might be a concern and I can help. Guest has access to shady back deck and 10x12 canopy. The canopy has mosquito netting and outdoor furniture. During the summer this is a lively (neighbors enjoying back decks with BBQs, kids home for summer), safe family neighborhood. My dog Buddy is older, very friendly and quiet, however he can bark when I’m out during the day. He’s almost 15 and mostly sleeps. Guest access Upstairs bedroom and upstairs full bath. Limited access to kitchen. Guest has access to dining room for meals. Access to sit on front porch, back deck or under 10x12 canopy (summer) During your stay I’m retired so I’m home a lot but guests can contact me through app or my cell phone. Other things to note The downstairs Airbnb room has no access to house so the shared spaces are with me, my visiting friends or family. I have beach cruiser with speeds that I can lend if it’s not being used. I have beach chair I can lend if it’s not being used. There is a no smoking, no vaping ANYWHERE on premises this includes: inside, outside (deck, gazebo, yard, driveway)
