This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress. Guest access Guests will access the basement through a separate entrance from the outside of the house. Other things to note Please note that this listing is about 45 miles from Sioux City and 60 miles from Sioux Falls. Last minute refunds will not be given once this is realized. We have two Australian Shepherd dogs. They are very friendly and like attention :)
