The space Welcome to our Bay Front House, a ranch-style home with private front and back entrances all on one convenient level. The space includes a living room, kitchen, laundry area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is elevated and features a brand-new back deck and bulkhead. Parking includes two driveway spots plus one street parking pass for additional convenience. Recent upgrades include all-new stainless-steel appliances throughout. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and a modern refrigerator with a water filter and ice maker. The space also features a granite dining table and gray vinyl flooring. Cooking essentials such as pots, pans, silverware, glassware, bowls, plates, and condiments are provided. The living room offers a comfortable couch that seats up to five and can sleep one person if needed. It includes a coffee table, electric fireplace, and a 75” Samsung TV with streaming channels. Guests may log into their own Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. Wireless internet is available at 400 Mbps. Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed, nightstands, mirrors, and hangers. The chestnut dresser in the first bedroom holds extra pillows and blankets. There are two full bathrooms, both with stand-up showers, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essential toiletries. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom, while the second bathroom is located down the hallway near the laundry area. We provide three parking spots for guest use. The driveway accommodates two small vehicles; however, the second car must be parked at a slight angle to avoid blocking the sidewalk. An additional street parking pass is provided, which permits parking within a two-block radius, excluding parking lots, handicap spaces, and metered spots. As we are located in a quiet residential area of Lower Chelsea, we kindly ask that all guests remain respectful of our neighbors and our property throughout their stay. Other things to note Check-in is after 4:00 PM / Check-out is before 11:00 AM. We may allow early luggage drop off, but please message me first. The occupancy limit for this property is 6. There is a $50 extra guest charge per day for each additional guest after 6. Any guest after 6 must be approved by me. Otherwise additional guests will be automatically vacated for trespassing. We have a pet fee of $100 and we allow up to one (1) well-behaved dog. Any dog after 1 will be an additional $100 charge per dog, and it must be approved by me. Please pick up after your dog and clean up after them. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Loud music, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We are located in a quiet residential area, so please be respectful of our neighbors. No smoking is allowed inside the house. There is an ash tray we provide on the back deck if you have to smoke, but please clean up after yourselves. No tossing of cigarette buds on the deck. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as improper disposal may cause plumbing damage and result in additional charges. Propane gas is not provided for grill, but guests can take our propane tank and refill it at nearby gas stations or Home Depot. If you do grill, please clean up after yourselves. Lounge chairs are provided in the backyard. It may be folded up due to wind. The owner may occasionally access the dock/bulkhead area during guest stays for boat access, maintenance or garbage removal. The dock and waterfront remain shared with the owner and are not exclusive to guests. There is currently no gate/lock on the bulkhead next to the water. So please make sure children and pet are supervised. No lifeguard will be present on Bay waters! Toiletries, linens, and towels are included. We have a security camera facing the front porch. There is another security camera at the right rear of the house facing the back deck. They will be on during your stay. No outdoor camera will face the inside of the house.
