Please note that this rental is above a restaurant and tavern. There will be some street and business noise during your stay. The space I own the two conjoining properties 134 & 132 N. Montana St. This building was the first commercial building in Dillon. Built in 1880, it has housed many different businesses in its days. Currently you will find a Montana Style restaurant located directly below you. There is also a Tavern & Casino downstairs in the other half of my property. There are 5 apartments total. I live directly across from this unit. The other apartments are a mix of travel nurses and long-term rentals.
