The front door will lead you to the studio on the second floor. To the left you will find the kitchenette and full bathroom and to the right, the living/bedroom. KITCHENETTE has a sink, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, microwave/air fryer, hot plate, blender and a mini sandwich grill. All the dishes, utensils and other necessary equipment is provided. Air fryer has a baking tray. Pots and bowls in the closet. LAUNDRY has full size washer and gas dryer. BATHROOM has spacious shower and extra large towels. Essentials such as soap and shampoo are provided as well as amenities for makeup removal. Hair dryer available in drawer. First aid kit below sink. LIVING ROOM has a large comfortable couch and plenty of books to enjoy. BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed with comforter and 4 pillows. Extra blankets in the dresser. A Vizio smart TV serves both ambients. You will have the entire space for yourself. You are free to use the outdoor sitting area, but please refrain from going on the backyard, as it’s our private space. HOUSE RULES - No smoking allowed on the property. - No loud noise after 10pm, as we take into consideration our neighbors. Guest access You have the entire studio to yourself. There is free street parking in front of the house. We are the last house on the left at the end of the street. Please do not park on the driveway as it will block our access to the house. There’s no access to the backyard. Please do not enter. Other things to note This space is designed for two adults, with the possibility of a third guest in the couch. You must inform us at booking so we can provide bedding/towels for the third guest. We provide fresh linens and duvet, as well as two sets of towels at every booking. We have a Vizio tv with all free channels besides access to streaming platforms. NO SMOKING inside of the house. You may use the sitting area out front to smoke cigars or cigarettes. No marijuana use, please. Security cameras outside of the property only for safety purposes.
