Steps to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Seaside boardwalk, and a few blocks from the bay; this location truly couldn’t be more convenient for a fun and relaxing getaway!! 4 beach badges, beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, & NFL Sunday Ticket included! Guests must be over the age of 25 or accompanied by a parent. No pets allowed, sorry! The space ••• INDOOR AMENITIES ••• This one level home welcomes you into a bright family room with large tv and comfortable seating, including a brand new Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. A great spot to hang and discuss plans or stay in and watch a movie. The home also boasts an eat-in kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning units and blackout curtains for a comfortable & cool nights sleep! • Washer/dryer are located in the hallway closet • Household and cooking basics included ••• OUTDOOR AMENITIES ••• • Private Balcony with seating, please no smoking or vaping inside! • Propane grill for summer meals • TWO hot/cold water outdoor showers - one enclosed and one open air for a quick rinse after the beach • On-site parking for 1 vehicle located in front, in addition to free nearby street parking Guest access A code for convenient keyless entry will be provided the morning of your stay. The main driveway is reserved for the front apartment. The parking spot for this unit is directly in front of the home to avoid any inconveniences. The outdoor showers and grill are shared between the two units. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.
