If you would like we can help you have your items laundered. There is no wifi. If you have a smartphone you will get an internet signal. You are welcome to borrow our wifi hotspot device to use with your computer. There is no TV :O) but you'll be able to finish a chapter of that book you've wanted to read all year! The grounds are partially private -see below. There is no kitchen - see below. The bathroom has a shower not a tub. There is a beautiful pond but you can't swim in it. It's for the pet swans Athena and Apollo. From parking into the building the first floor is handicap accessible. The second floor has stairs and is not handicap accessible. Pros: Step back to a simpler time in comfort. Take a jog or ride bicycles around the area. Refreshments provided throughout your stay. We look forward to catering to your needs. You will have private access to the interior farmstead of about 7,000 sf, escorted access to interact privately with the farm animals and private access to the large grass courtyard. The public has access to the ice cream window in a separate building that closes at 9pm. What can be better than a late night request for your own frappe or sundae! What kind of animals are on the farm: Snowball the giant flemish rabbit, two horses, two ponies, rare chickens, rarer geese and two swans. A historic farm and art tour is included in the reservation. Adult game room, bicycles and children's play room with moon bounce and mechanical pony.
