Short walk to ocean beach in National Seashore, A/C in bedrooms, 6 people Max, roof deck with some ocean view, lovely garden, porch. Sun to Sun rentals. questions845 570-7495, More pictures available on request. The space The cottage is approximately 350 paces to the edge of the dune overlooking the ocean beach. There is a lovely garden in front of the house that is watered with soaker hoses and a timer to keep everything alive during dry summers. Guests can feel free to cut flowers for the cottage if so inclined. The roof deck has distant ocean views and has a teak table and chairs, along with teak chairs for relaxing. In the rear of the cottage there is an outdoor shower. There is also a picnic table with a charcoal grill. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric stove/oven, a microwave with a convection oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. Starting in 2026, guest will be provided with linens and towels(2 sets per guest). The cleaners will be instructed to have the sheets on the beds before arrival. As a frequent AirBnb traveler, we don't want guest to arrive and have to worry about putting on their sheets after a long trip! Additionally, beach towels will also be provided. Guest access This is a cottage with access to the entire cottage, as well as some limited exterior grounds.
