Unit is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen w/ all cooking amenities, new floors, and fresh paint. Moanalua gets trade winds year-round and unit is cool with plenty of ventilation. Private lanai with outdoor backyard seating is included! Convenient access to Moanalua Kaiser hospital, Tripler & more! The space Your back apartment is completely separated with own entrance and back yard hang out area. Relax with your TV and extra pullout couch. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Tripler Medical Center, Kaiser Moanalua and Kaiser Mapunapuna. We have been renting this unit with long term leases. Guest access Guest have their own entry with key. Other things to note We are up the street from Moanalua Gardens. This garden is a great picnic spot with rich history. The land was bequeathed to Damon under the will of Ke Ali’i Bernice Pauahi Bishop, grand daughter of Kamehameha I, and the last living member of the House of Kamehameha. Damon first moved from Honolulu to Moanalua in 1890, and took up permanent residence in the summer cottage of Prince Lot Kapuaiwa, who reigned as Kamehameha V. It is now open to the public where it's home to the popular Hitachi tree. A monkey pod tree that is licensed by the Japanese technology company. Also, there is a Bodhi tree that is known to have been grafted from the original tree that Siddhartha Gautama.
