It’s sure to leave you all feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. The space Green Haven is a great place to stay, right in the middle of everything you need. You’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, hardware stores, and more all within walking distance. That way, you can enjoy having all your needs readily available ensuring a comfortable and hassle free stay. The ranch-style house has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a laundry room, a home gym, and lots of open spaces for everyone to hang out. Each room has air conditioning, and ceiling fans are available if you want a cool breeze. You’ll be comfortable and relaxed all the time. The backyard is huge and fenced in, so you can have your own little slice of heaven. There’s a big patio, a sparkling swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a private underground fire pit for cozy nights under the stars. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor grill area is a must-have for families. It’s a great place to gather and have a barbecue together. There are plenty of tables and chairs, so you can comfortably fit a family of ten. Whether you’re grilling up burgers and hot dogs or having a leisurely picnic, the grill area is a welcoming space for outdoor dining. And let’s not forget about the charming wooden playground! It’s a great place for kids and families to play and have fun. There are swings, slides, and a climbing wall, so the kids can explore and burn off some energy. You can relax and enjoy the outdoors while watching your kids play, making memories that you’ll cherish forever. Green Haven truly has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor getaway. It’s the perfect place for families to unwind and create unforgettable memories together. Guest access * Guests are granted unrestricted access to the entire house and property, with the sole exception of the owner’s private closet located in the hallway and a few wall cabinets situated in the gym. Other things to note * The owner assumes no responsibility for any loss or injury incurred while using the property. Please exercise caution and use the swimming pool, playground, gymnasium, and sports equipment at your own risk. * Supervise children at all times in the backyard, particularly near the pool and playground. * Adhere to the house rules, including check-in at 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Parties, smoking, and pets are prohibited. * Respect neighbors by maintaining a low level of noise, especially during the summer months. No loud outdoor music or voices after 10 PM. * Practice environmental responsibility by conserving energy by turning off lights, adjusting the air conditioning, and/or heating when departing. * Ensure that the house is left reasonably clean. Additional cleaning services may incur additional charges. * The exterior front entrances of the residence are equipped with ring cameras. There are no cameras installed within the house or on the backyard. Notifications are randomly reviewed and always recorded.
