Located very close to church’s, businesses, schools, hospitals, parks, restaurants, gas stations. Tiny house provides one bedroom and one loft and includes bathroom with stackable washer/dryer unit. The unit was built November of 2023 with all new furniture. Guest access Lock Box key access. Code provided the day arrival through AirBnB messages. Other things to note Please no smoking in home of any kind. No loud music or parties on the property, this is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors near by. Children at play so please drive slow through neighborhood. Please do not throw away loose trash in All Trash Cans, please bag up all trash. This helps Waste Management do their job with ease and less clean up. Please treat home with the upmost respect, don’t damage, stain, or take from the property.
