Clean and Cozy Private Room/Bath

Home is located up on the hill in the new, quaint and friendly Mountain View Meadows subdivision. Take a break and unwind in your own bedroom and private bathroom at this peaceful, quiet, new construction home. Home is a 5-minute walk from tennis/basketball courts, large gazebo with picnic tables and dog park. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport, Capitol and hospital. Shared home - guests have access to their own private bedroom and bathroom. Hosts do live in the house as well. The space Bedroom has one queen-size bed. Private spacious bathroom located directly across the hall from bedroom includes large mirror and vanity as well as a fully-tiled tub/shower. Both are equipped with interior locks for added privacy and security. Please note: guest room and bathroom are located on second floor/story of home so guest must be able to climb stairs. Included in room: -Flat screen TV with Roku streaming device -Closet with hangers, laundry basket and extra blankets -Space heater -Noise machine -Blackout curtains -Desk (kept in closet) Attention to those with allergies and/or sensitivities to dogs: We have a Golden Retriever. He has free reign over the house so please expect him to greet you when you enter front door, and feel free to pet him if you are comfortable (he is very friendly). We do vacuum daily and have multiple air purifiers on at all times to help eliminate the inevitable hair he sheds. Guest access Guests have access to their own private bedroom and bathroom. Hosts do live in the house as well. Guests will enter home through main front-door shared entry. Guests have access to designated bedroom and bathroom only. Access to any other rooms is not allowed. Other things to note All linens washed and sanitized after each stay. Cleaning fee included in your booking used for detailed cleaning and preparation for you and the next guest(s).
