This tiny beach cottage is steps away from all PI has to offer! 3 min walk to main beach, Sunset Club, Riptide, Cottage Market/Ice Cream etc. 7 min drive to historic downtown Newburyport with the best restaurants & shopping in the North Shore. This tiny cottage is cute & cozy with a boho beach vibe & all the amenities you need. PLUS, a private fenced in yard with deck for lounging/dining & an outdoor shower! We are dog friendly, bring your fur baby! The space Open concept living room/kitchen with small dining area. Master bedroom with king bed, TV and mini split/AC for warm summer nights. Second bedroom with twin bed & fan (no AC!). Large couch in living room for relaxing and an additional twin pull out couch (**very much a cot, please keep in mind!) Large smart TV with streaming options. Full bath with shower, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Outdoor shower, propane grill & fire pit, outdoor furniture, corn hole, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon etc. Other things to note ***The location of the cottage is AMAZING - perfectly centrally located. We are directly adjacent to the Cottage Market - this is super convenient if you need anything (groceries, alcohol, ice cream, ice etc) but their market and parking lot is busy during the summer months. It never bothers us as we have privacy walls, blinds, tree coverage etc. just something to keep in mind as you could hear some activity throughout the day*** Bugs are a REAL thing on the island. We spray as needed and do a good job keeping the cottage bug free but don’t be surprised to see some green head/flies, ants etc. Please never leave any doors or windows wide open, or food left out over night to help keep our place bug free!
