Welcome to our cozy retreat nestled in the picturesque Berkshires, where relaxation meets adventure! Perfectly situated near prime mountain biking trails, orchards, breweries, white water rafting and hiking! Our property features a scenic meadow and historic trees, with local wildlife including hummingbirds, ravens, blue jays, and rabbits. Perfectly situated just 9 minutes from Berkshire East Mountain Resort. The cabin combines rustic charm with modern comforts, ensuring a relaxing stay. The space Our home features 3 bedrooms - 1 upstairs with 1 queen and 2 twin bed (trundle), 2 downstairs - 1 king and 1 bunk room (twin/twin and full/twin. The home has 1 bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower. There is air-conditioning in the living area only. There are fans in every room and Berkshire mountain air is cool, most nights. Please ask any questions about air ahead of booking. We have a pack and play, high chair, potty and kids toys. Happy to answer any questions or have other things available for children if need be. There are two lofts pictured which ARE NOT accessible to guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the property outside of two lofts, a locked closet in master and a locked room in basement / utility space. Other things to note This is our second home and we are new to Airbnb - we are open to suggestions and looking forward to hosting guests. IMPORTANT: Air conditioning unit is in the living room. All other rooms have fans. It is cool at night in Hawley.
