The space The townhouse offers the perfect base for your Montana adventure. Enjoy the convenience of being only 5 minutes from downtown and a quick 5 minute drive to the Under the Big Sky festival grounds. Our community amenities include a gym and two relaxing hot tubs. Nature lovers will appreciate our proximity to the Whitefish River, ideal for scenic walks and connecting to multiple trails. In the summer, guests have the added luxury of floating the Whitefish River from the Lake right to the doorstep. Work remotely with ease at our two dedicated workspaces, including a standing desk with a monitor and USB-C cable. This home includes high speed WIFI ensuring concurrent streaming and video calls to stay connected. At the end of each day, unwind in the quiet ambiance with a 4K Smart TV and WiFi smart speaker. Or escape to the Whitefish Trails Network, nearby walking paths, or City Beach on Whitefish Lake. Finally, expect a quiet nights rest each night under the peaceful night's big sky. Forget the hassle of keys with keyless entry and take advantage of the double car heated garage with ample storage for all your ski and outdoor gear. We have two bedrooms, one with a king and the other a queen beed. Each bed is a memory foam mattress. Additionally, we have a premium, self-inflating, queen-sized air mattress in the loft. There are two bathrooms, one is a walk-in shower and the other is a bath/shower combo. Each includes fluffy towels and body wash and shampoo. The kitchen is full of new and modern appliances including: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, fridge, freezer (ice and filtered water dispenser), and a large sink with garbage disposal. There will also be all the usual silverware and cooking utensils available for your use. We have an electric kettle and coffee maker to keep you energized. We intend for everything you need for a great vacation in Whitefish to be there and ready for you upon arrival, if there's anything else you may need before and during your stay please feel free to reach out with any and all questions! Guest access The entire home is yours! Additionally you'll have full access to the club house so you can enjoy the hot tubs, gym, and common/game room. You'll receive access codes prior to your arrival and the high-speed WIFI password will be included in your arrival instructions. Other things to note The garage is a double car heated garage, but won't be able to fit two cars if one is a larger SUV or truck. There are ample off-street parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. You can park your car temporarily in the driveway, but we ask that you only leave a vehicle in the driveway while loading/unloading to comply with HOA regulations.
