The space This beautiful newer space has hardwood floors, a queen bed that's very comfortable, large windows with room darkening shades, ceiling fan, A/C, and plenty of closet space. There's also room to move around, as well as a yoga mat you can use. Your own mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, rice cooker/steamer, dishes, utensils, water filter, etc. You have the whole 3rd floor of the house to yourself. (No elevator.) Guest access We will share the main entrance. Then your private suite awaits on the 3rd floor. Your floor closes off completely for privacy. You can also use the screened-in back porch on the 1st floor when not in use by us. Shared full kitchen also available and we can coordinate schedules. Laundry on site. During your stay We are available as needed. Happy to help. We want your stay to have everything you need. Phone or text works well. Other things to note We are in a cohousing community so this is also an opportunity to check out cohousing. This means we know all our neighbors and sometimes have community events and meals together, but people can also do their own thing. It's not intrusive. Cohousing also means that the houses are situated around a park-like area with playgrounds where neighborhood kids can run free. Parking is close but separate from houses. Carts available for hauling luggage or groceries.
