This bedroom is 20 min from AC, featuring a queen bed and 32" Smart TV with Netflix. It is a bright, airy room overlooking 10 acres of forest. There is a large shared bathroom in the hallway. It is ideal for traveling couples on a budget. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, and large backyard. Our Pomona home is 5 min to Garden State Parkway Exit 44. It’s a 14 mi/20 min drive to Atlantic City, and 2 min to Stockton University. Long-term: $750/mo, utilities incl. Sep-Mar only. The space This bedroom is very bright and airy. It has a wonderful view of the forest. We do rent out other bedrooms on Airbnb, so other Airbnb travelers may be staying in other bedrooms. The bathroom in the hallway is very large and shared with other Airbnb guests. Each bedroom has its own lock and key. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the shared hallway bathroom, kitchen, living room, and large backyard. During your stay The Airbnb host will be available on the property for anything you might need! My wife Lois will be hosting while I'm at work. Other things to note The house is at the end of a long driveway. We have a keypad on the door for self-check in. We rent out other bedrooms on Airbnb. This room is up a flight of stairs. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
