Welcome to your home away from home, affectionately referred to as "Da Shop". This home is brand new construction, on an acre of land, and is nestled perfectly between highway 90 and highway 182. You can get anywhere in a blink. A quick 9 mile drive will get you to Youngsville Sports Complex and only 7 miles to Broussard Sports Complex. Families welcome. The kids will love our bunk room, and the parents will love the large outdoor patio and fire pit. The space We would be honored to share our country life style with you. This property features one king sized bed, one queen, and two twin beds. There is a beautiful back patio with out door kitchen. Featuring a built in grill, sink, and two cook top burners. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a large seating area for peaceful mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings watching the sunset. Also, we hope you like chickens because the back yard has a chicken coop with 13 chickens! They will be enclosed in the coop when you arrive, but you are welcome to open it up and let them free range at any time.
