The House On Myrtle

Each room has great space with it's each individual character. We are 10 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from boston. 5 minutes to the T stop and a minute walk to the bus. We are a half a block from the beach. Could you ask for more? There is easy street parking but it requires a sticker. I️ only have 2 available. It is first come first serve. If you are driving please ask. The space This is a beautiful space with tons of natural light, hardwood floors, and french doors. The space is just perfect for one person. It has a very comfortable, soft but supportive XL twin daybed. A cozy room with a desk, a closet and a dresser. It is less then a 4 minute walk to the beach with great outdoor space for relaxing. There is a wrap around front porch, large private porch in the back and a nice fenced in yard to enjoy. There is easy street parking with a permit. Guest access The kitchen, living room, shared bathroom and the yard. During your stay As often as they like. I'm not home a lot but when I'm here I'm happy to talk. Other things to note This apartment had 7 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms in the house and a shared kitchen. The parking is Street Parking on Winthrop Shore Drive. There is street cleaning the third Thursday of every month. The car needs to be moved to a side street b y 7 Am. Street cleaning is a tow and a ticket. Please read all parking signs. There are 2 cats and 2 dog on the property.
