Your away home sits on four acres of native Douglas fir woods near Bigfork, Montana, Flathead & Echo Lakes. This space apart is somewhere to return after a fun day with friends or family wandering the park, or playing on one of Flathead’s lakes. A great spot to unwind and recharge for your next adventure. The west porch is our favorite place as the sun hits the western horizon. The home has two bedrooms and two baths. A full kitchen is available for meal preparation. Laundry Facilities The space Your home away has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and two bathrooms with showers. There are two covered porches, air conditioning, washer dryer and a full kitchen, range, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric griddle, most of the typical cookware and utensils. The hall cabinets have books, games, spare pillows, and towels. Extra blankets are in sliding baskets under the foot of each bed. Cleaning supplies are in the hall closet or under the kitchen sink. Guest access You are welcome to the cabin at 969 Blue Lake Lane and to wander the near woods. Please be respectful of neighbors' privacy. The trail that aligns with the fence line is our south boundary, the open clearing to the west is a scout camp our property line is defined by a faint game trail, the neighbor’s drive forms our north border and our house is down the trail to the east (back the way you drove in). You're welcome to stop by if you want to visit about local attractions, get trail beta or need anything if we are around, otherwise reach out and one of us will get back to you as soon as we are able. Please keep vehicles on established roads and off the vegetation we are fortunate to have wild orchids that bloom in May, iris grass, and other native species that won’t survive compaction.
