Enjoy your next Hawaiian getaway in this newly renovated condo in Ko'Olina! This unit offers a modern, yet traditional island style feel which is located footsteps from the ocean. There is amazing snorkeling as well as shore fishing just out front of the unit. Ko'Olina lagoons are just a short walk and there is a surf spot perfect for surfers of all levels just a drive up the road. The space The main entrance of our condo is located on the 1st floor which leads directly up a flight of stairs to the unit located on the 2nd floor. From the lanai, you have unobstructed views of the swimming pool area where there is also a jacuzzi, BBQ grills, tables, & lounge chairs. Ocean views are also seen from the lanai, and if you're lucky you'll get a sunset view dependent on the time of the year. Parking includes 1 outdoor parking space directly in front of the unit. Visitor parking spaces also available but limited throughout the gated community. Guest access Access will include the entire 1200 sq ft condo in the gated community, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi, 1 parking spaces plus additional visitor spaces if needed. Optional use of Ko'Olina Beach & Sports club is also available for an initial activation fee of $25 per card PLUS dues of $20 per month per card which gives you access to a 1200 sq foot fitness center, 2 tennis courts, an extensive fitness class schedule and a discount program for shopping, dining, and activities! Other things to note ***minimum 30 day rental*** Deposit will also be required for any incidentals, but will be refunded if none are found at the end of your stay. There will be a cap on electricity at $150, anything exceeding this will be the renter's responsibility. We will provide a usage statement of our electricity provider that will reflect the usage during the time of your stay.
