The second floor includes two bedrooms each with a queen size bed; a guest bathroom with a tub/shower; a large living room with a queen sized pullout sofa, dry bar area, large flat screen tv, and laundry closet. Enjoy the large outdoor deck off of the living room, where you can lounge, sun bath and enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property including the 5 car driveway, front yard, side patio, backyard and deck and pool area. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Guests understand use of the swimming pool and the swimming pool area is at Guests' own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool and swimming pool areas around the pool. Guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the swimming pool and swimming pool areas and hold the owner harmless. Guests understand there are potential dangers the swimming pool and swimming pool area may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool and the swimming pool area if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guests agree to verify entry and exit doors to the Pool area are locked at all times. Guests understand the risks discussed above and agree that Guests will assume all responsibility for Guests and any others for the consequences of those risks. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from Guests’ use of the swimming pool and the swimming pool areas.
