Head upstairs where there is a small sitting area, a guest room with a queen bed and tv, a guest room with 2 twin beds plus an extra twin mattress. Both guest rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The private master bedroom is to the back of the second floor with a queen bed, a tv and en-suite bathroom. Generous backyard has a dining table, grill and an area with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The carriage house at the back of the property has an outdoor shower and a large room on the second floor with a sitting area with tv, card table and full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. Bath and beach towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen utensils and glassware all provided. Full size new washer and dryer are located on the basement level. Ample parking available in the driveway. Other things to note The walk to Vineyard Haven town takes 2 minutes where there are shops, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, bike rental shop etc. The house is also a short walk from the ferry/Vineyard Haven Harbor and beach access including Owen Park and the town beach. There is a bus that runs to all the island towns picking up near the ferry.
