Cozy room in a safe town

Property is located in good, safe town walking distance. You have a private room and a shared bathroom on the second floor from the house. The train station is 3 minutes away in car and 10minutes walk. The space Is a private room , shared bathroom Guest access Guest can access the porch, a back yard , it has private entrance. During your stay I personally will help the guests to check in. Other things to note This is a family home with pets, but the room is separated from the common area of the rest of the house for the family and the pets.
