The Friendship House. Renovated +Walk to Beach!

Welcome to an antique Victorian Cottage built by New Silver Beach Company. The Friendship House is 0.1m walk to the water and 0.2m (8 houses) from the beach and playground. The beach boasts jaw dropping sunsets for the artist or nature observer. Guests have access to New Silver Beach Association, which runs movies, tennis, and basketball for kids. For adults you’ll find morning workouts and pickleball. There is a playground and a seasonal lifeguard on duty. The space You can spread out in one of the 4 bedrooms, including one queen bedroom on the first floor (great for multigenerational families). There are two indoor gathering spaces, plus a bright and airy three-season glass porch which comfortably seats 8. You’ll find two rocking chairs facing west to unwind and watch the sun set. There is a dining room, plus a cozy bistro set on the porch for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Outside you can smell the salt air from four Adirondack chairs, roast marshmallows on the smokeless firepit, and grill your favorite cuisine on the Weber gas grill. Bonus: Enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower after you walk up from the beach. We are 2.4m to Seacrest Hotel Resort, 1.6m to Shining Sea Bikeway, and close to restaurants and walking trails. Please note the property is 120 years old and, while renovated, it comes with quirks you’d expect in an antique (such as settled floors). Guest access Guests have access to house and rear yard. The garage on property is private. There is one closet upstairs marked private, where we keep linens and supplies for cleaners. Other things to note Custom requests?
