Additional Rules: 1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest-free. - Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am. 2. You must be 21 years or older to book the apartment. we must receive all guest pictures IDs prior to check in, any unexpired country government id is accepted, we must have all guests' documentation before checking in. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+). 3. NO SMOKING OR VAPIN in the property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. 4- All pets must be added to the reservation, and each must have a paid pet fee. Minimum $200 fine if more pets than in the reservation is found at the property. This fee is not an additional cleaning fee. When you bring a pet, you agree to a “zero impact pet policy” meaning that when you depart there will be no additional work required to clean up as a result of a pet being on-site. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, and we don’t have any carpet other than area rugs. Please help us by closing the bedroom doors to keep your pet on the hard surface areas and off of the beds. 5. Please follow our Check-In time of 2 pm and Check-Out time of 10 am. Guests who do not check on time may be charged $100 in hourly increments, at the discretion of the host. You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $100 dollars. 6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY: $150. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $50. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $200 minimum additional cleaning charge. - NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact us. - If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on host by the apartment management and/or other authorities. 8. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them in the platform prices. - Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $200 per guest. - More than the registered guests staying overnight in the apartment are subject to a $200 fine PER PERSON per night. -You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Other things to note we love dogs and know how hard it is to find a pet friendly place. please contact us if u need to bring more than 4. *** the water in the kitchen sink comes out warm , not hot*** everywhere else works perfect . ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home, no electric cigarettes and or vaping. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. You are welcome to smoke outside, please do not leave cigarette butts behind, extra cleaning fee will be charged. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We are very accommodating, if you planning a family get together, please contact the host prior to making the reservation. we will be happy to help. * Pet fee is per pet under 25 lbs per stay. no charges for service animals. *There might be an extra cleaning charge on longer stays (longer than a week). there are 3 beds that fit 6, it can accommodate more using the sofa beds, you would have to bring linings for extra guests.
